Stronger, Leaner Core

I've concentrated a lot on aerobics in my workouts, trying to burn more calories, but it is time to start looking for a solid lower ab workout to tighten up those core muscles. Walking and riding my stationary bike do both help, but they aren't enough to get the serious workout for both abs and obliques. With the stairs in my house, I don't worry as much about lets and backside, but nothing I do daily really does anything for my stomach. Ab workouts can be hard to convince yourself to do. They are hard, but well-worth the effort, and get easier as you develop strength in the mid-section.
