Yahoo had an article this morning on dancing your way to fitness. In my opinion the dancersize tapes and workouts are one of the best ways to get fit. It beats boring workouts, its fun so even while you're working up a sweat, you don't mind it much. It seems they're better as an aerobic excersize to me though rather than as a spot training type of thing for muscles in general. I think as a whole it's my favorite form of exercise second only to swimming.
