I seem to be plateauing in my diet. That's so aggravating when that happens. Everything was going along so well. I was losing between three and five pounds a week, then it just comes to a standstill! I am thinking about reaching for some
diet pills to jog the old (and I do mean old) metabolism into gear. I think that at a certain age it not only tends to slow down, it falters and just plain old stops at times. Come to think of it, it might not have anything to do with age. It happens to young people too. I used to hate plateaus when I was in my 20's and dieting too. Hum. Well in any case, it's time for some serious measures to get it moving again.
